Madison Daniels has worshiped her brother's best friend since they were kids. Too much inner dialogue & way too little actual dialogue. A classic case of the author telling the story, instead of showing the story. I felt disconnected from the characters’ emotions. Male narration doing the female voice was cringey.

Okay romance. Predictable. Not bad but not not memorable.

I had a really great time listening to this romance, I loved these two and their relationship complicated by the fact that he’s her brother’s best friend! I just love J. Lynn’s writing!
