A fantastic resource.

A fantastic resource. Lots of great tips and there are even directions on how to use a pressure cooker to prepare certain recipes. This book is a must-have for any vegan who is committed to a whole food plant-based diet.

accompanying pdf recipes are not for instantpot

totally bummed. it's very difficult to follow recipes from an audio version. Was counting on the accompanying PDF to include the recipes in this book. It includes recipes from his other book which is a meal prep but has nothing to do with instant pot. would love the recipes in pdf form for this book.
