Another great course by Prof Vandiver
I recommend all courses by Professor Vandiver. All 5 stars. I started with the Iliad, then the Odyssey, followed by Classical Mythology and finally the Aeneid. I would recommend them in that order given the chronology and references.

A lecture I keep coming back to ..It's *that* good
I first heard this lecture series about five or six years ago via CDs and instantly fell in love. When I saw Audible offered her lectures I was 100% sold--even after having listened to her talks on the Aeneid before. Prof Vandiver is engaging, an excellent communicator and lecturer, and breathes life into this ancient world. She draws out important details and images from the work and makes it accessible and intensely fascinating for all listeners/readers. All of her work is stellar for those interested in ancient works. I highly recommend this great series. #Audible1

Audible keeps removing after I pay
I’ve downloaded this book twice and twice it’s been removed from my library. The first time it was available for free, but the second time I had to pay for it and still it was removed from my library. I’ve had this happen with other books in this serious that I’ve paid for. Frustrating technical problems …
