Description

Mokoya and Akeha, the twin children of the Protector, were sold to the Grand Monastery as infants. While Mokoya developed her strange prophetic gift, Akeha was always the one who could see the strings that moved adults to action. Its okay

The narrator does not have a very large range of voices which sometimes makes it hard to remember who is who in the story.
The book it self made a few errors by calling one of the twins a she (instead of they) when they were quite young and hadn’t discussed confirmation yet.
The story itself lacks excitement. The author has written it fairly well and has quite a lot of interesting concepts and idea but they didn’t explore or explain them in enough detail. The plot itself was a bit boring. And ‘being in love’ seems to be thrown around quite easily.
