Under 8. The voice reader says the answer is B, Its actually C in the Kindle editon and probably the paperback version as well.

I bought this under the impression I was going to be able to access the accompanying PDF content (for chapter end review), however after purchasing the book I came to realize that was not the case.. After contacting Steve Nison through his website, saying that I had already purchased the audiobook and wanted to have the chapter end content, I was told I needed to re purchase the hardcopy of the book.. This book emphasizes how good the end of chapter content is.. and then doesn't provide the additional material......
