I learned a lot about the biochemistry, and the chemical warfare that occurs in our bodies when we consume plants vs. meats as food. Listening to this audiobook inspired me to become a carnivore, and I thoroughly recommend and advocate joining the Carnivore Tribe. The only issue is Dr Saladino actually needs to rely on weekly phlebotomy to keep away from iron overloading. So there are some dangers that come with it.
