Exactly as advertised

I’m at a loss to understand the other 1 star review. It must have been written by a competitor. This book was exactly as advertised in a clear, concise manner.

Very crappy book

There are many reasons for eating a carnivore diet. This book is just a religious pamphlet, and half of it is terrible cooking recipes. The author missed the opportunity to laid down the science. Look for other titles about meat eating.

Recipes are not carnivore at all

So the book was basically accurate and pretty good until it got to the recipes, full of sauces with soy sauce and many herbs and seasonings and processed foods like mayonnaise - these ingredients would totally undermine the benefits of eating a carnivore diet.... soy isn’t good for u in any amount

Well worth the money

I loved the audio book. It has so many parts, plus bonus chapters on combining carnivore with intermittent fasting, and how to eat out while on the diet. I’m a very happy customer.

perfect beginner carnivore book, I learned a ton

if you looking to try the carnivore diet this book is a great source of what to expect, its brilliant.

Detailed information and tips

Best in class

I’ve followed a carnivore style of eating for over five years and can tell you that Stephen Baker has written the best book on the carnivore diet. There are some very poor books out there which have been rushed out to make money from this trendy topic. The author of this one has done his research and taken the time to put together a comprehensive and reliable guide. Buy this one.

Meat heals

To anyone out there sceptical about this diet, all I can say is that it has healed my arthritis and I have more energy than ever. If you can open your mind and let go of the dietary dogma pushed on us by ignorant doctors and governments, you can really get back to great health. I am convinced this is the way humans are meant to eat.

A really good resource for carnivore beginners

This was a really good listen. However, it would have been great if the recipes could be accessed in PDFs either by a link to somewhere or a downloadable attachment. It's hard to follow a recipe by just listening.
