New life
Firstly, let me start by saying I struggled with an online gambling addiction... every day for 6 years... it started with going into the casino.. i spent more than $10,000 in 2 months... I self excluded myself from the casino because I was so depressed and wanted to stop.. I soon found online gambling and it quickly became an every day event.. spending thousands of dollars a month.. lying to my boyfriend, my children, spending time hours late at night playing while everyone was sleeping. I would open and close accounts trying to quit but I always had this nagging feeling. I was addicted. I listened to this book while working, and by the end I was ready to quit, I felt relieved, empowered, excited! I didn't have the urge to gamble anymore, I was equipped with the tools to stop, and to feel good about stopping!! This book saved my life, I am so excited for the future with no gambling! Thank you!

Easy to understand relatable
This book helped me get over an online gambling issue I was having, I’ve been over a month now and still no urge to go back to it. This helped me understand why I kept going back to gambling even though their was very little gain and more loss. How it affected me and those around me. Great book for anyone with that need to quit gambling or break the habit of it.

This audiobook was a total game changer for me. I’ve been a compulsive gambler for 15 years. By listening to this book while out on walks, in the shower or even on breaks at work, it has helped undo the brainwashing and lure of the casino. Relying on willpower is a recipe for disaster. This audiobook, used with repetition, can remove the desire to gamble all together. I was very sceptical from the title, but this was the best audible credit I’ve ever spent!
