A very controversial subject, very honest

I’m not sure what my thoughts are on this book, I’m about half way through and I’ve followed the material thus far. However, I would like to advise future readers to use discernment with the material written as I found it a bit triggering myself. It’s great to understand the perpetrators of domestic or emotional abuse. However, I would like to emphasize that when reading this book, I had to take some key points and leave the rest of the message behind. It’s definitely thought provoking for sure
