Story
When a banished witch falls in love with the legendary trickster Loki, she risks the wrath of the gods in this moving, subversive debut novel that reimagines Norse mythology. Angrboda’s story begins where most witches' tales end: with a burning. A punishment from Odin for refusing to provide him with knowledge of the future, the fire leaves Angrboda injured and powerless, and she flees into the farthest reaches of a remote forest. There she is found by a man who reveals himself to be Loki, and her initial distrust of him transforms into a deep and abiding love.

Story
In his wickedly brilliant first novel, Debut Dagger Award winner Alan Bradley introduces one of the most singular and engaging heroines in recent fiction: Eleven-year-old Flavia de Luce, an aspiring chemist with a passion for poison. It is the summer of 1950 - and a series of inexplicable events has struck Buckshaw, the decaying English mansion that Flavia’s family calls home. A dead bird is found on the doorstep, a postage stamp bizarrely pinned to its beak. Hours later, Flavia finds a man lying in the cucumber patch and watches him as he takes his dying breath.

An amazing story of King Arthur and the Knights of the Roundtable as told by the women who were there.
Davina Porter performs incredibly giving a unique voice to each of the vast amount of characters.

My Years as the Lady of the Lake
When I awoke the morning after I finished listening to the full three volume series of THE MISTS OF AVALON. I felt as if I had just returned from decades of passing to and fro through the mists of the enchanted isle, that I had viewed ancient Britain, Camelot, the long peaceful reign of King Arthur, and lived the passion, power, love, devotion, betrayal and discoveries that truly lived between the pages of this book.
