I have been doing a lot of driving and someone suggested Audible books. I purchased this book and saved my credits. The very best part of this, is that the book was read by the author, and it absolutely made the book. He not only wrote a fantastic book but what an insight when it's read by the author. I was so happy to hear it was him. I listened to the entire book on my drive from Edmonton, Alberta to Vancouver and than a week later I listened to it again from Vancouver, BC to Moose Jaw, Sask. I need PMA in my life as I suffer from Mefloquine Poisoning and I very much need to stay on the positive side. Thanks for an outstanding book and I am sure I will listen to it again many more times. I am driving back and forth across Canada to talk about Mefloquine poisoning to other members of the Canadian Armed Forces as we were forced to take it for anti malaria but it's loaded with side effects. I am also, in total agreement about eating healthy as well, so it's a great book if you want to live a more positive lifestyle. Thank you John Joseph, for writing and reading a fantastic book. PMA rocks!!!
