Okay book but not wow
The books gives you many scattered tips.
It lacks a structure like a system that you do and then you are focused.
Some of the tips I already read in other tips so I know them already.
The main reason I gave this 4 stars and not less or return it, is because it emphasises the importance of me time. So you will not get burned down. Also it tells you to say no to all the vampires out there which is true also. And mainly gives you the logic which is true to be focused on what task and not multitask - quality over quantity is better.
Note to self: quality is a learning mindset which is better that quantity which is performance mindset.
I keep this book for a reminder for all the above principles.
