Great Book

This was a great book to listen to. It was easy to understand. It was clear and helped me understand myself and find ways to help my students stop procrastinating. I really enjoyed how it helped me categorize different types of procrastination which helped me get a better understanding of what it really means to procrastinate. Thank you!
