We all know the dangers of sugar and salt: but the danger attributed to the second white crystal has more to do with getting too little of it, not too much. Brilliant insight re. salt in our diets

So many great bits of knowledge and practical advice on every single aspect of how to best incorporate salt in our diets.

This book dispels so much bad advice that has been foisted on an unsuspecting public over the past few decades, with such tragic results.

This is a one of a kind book and I would sincerely say of critical importance to people dealing with illnesses and vague lethargy, and athletes seeking superior performance.

Very highly recommended. It's already noticeably improved my life in a few short days.

a must read

The book confirmed and expanded on what I've learned to be true through diet this last year of my life. Salt is important and you would have to try hard if possible to overtake salt. I think everyone should read this book and drop sugar. Reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because I disagree with some if his dietary suggests like Ezekiel bread. No asked for a cook book mate, just to learn about Salt. I also disagree with his idea of pushing a sugar tax. i disagree with these methods of repression and finding it insulting to human intelligence. People should make decisions based on knowledge not repression.

Changed my way of thinking about eating

The most valuable self-help book I have read in the last 5 years-and I read a lot of them. It provided excellent technical information in a format a moderately-informed layperson can understand. From the beginning it felt intuitively correct and the scientific references only confirmed the message. My only criticism is that there was a lot of repetition, but I liked the narrator's voice and listened to the end.

let's fix it

one of the best books shows with information about how to implement proper mineralization through Salt into the body by helping defeat many different kinds of ailments that may come because of improper nutrition.
