Eye Opener
This book is an eye opener. it is put out in a logical way though i need to discuss and debate with a nephrologists and family physician about the truth behind these. you can live without sugar (which is the real culprit for all heart diseases) for your lifetime. but you cannot live without kidney for more than few days. your kidney processes many pounds of salt every day. 2 gram of salt per day is not huge for it. one drawback of this book is it is very repetitive
