Publisher's Summary

Red Skies, book 11:

With the president on his side and the failure of the Vestibulum's last-ditch attempt to stop him, it seems that Sean's goal is almost complete. Until, that is, the First moves up Sean's timetable to deal with Canada and Mexico. Also it seems that a group in Congress is starting to push back against the president's executive order, but no one really seems to know why. Or even who's behind it.

Canada proves to be full of unexpected surprises, but when events start heating up in Washington, DC, Sean is forced to switch gears and reassess his priorities. Things are not always what they seem, of course, and things that didn't make sense before start to take on an ominous meaning as Sean begins to learn about the real enemy that he is facing. And he'll be facing them much sooner than anyone suspected.

Demon Days, book 12:

The war has finally begun, and the duty of fighting it has fallen to Sean. Now if only he could convince the rest of the world that there really is a war on and it isn't just another "art installation" at Burning Man. Maybe then he could get some help. Fronting the costs of a war isn't cheap, and while Sean may be making money hand over fist, he's spending it twice as fast. If he doesn't get help soon, the lack of money, food, and supplies will kill him faster than any demon.

Then there's the demons themselves. What comes out of the gates at times seems almost as random as the gates themselves. Some of the groups are obviously coordinated and very well trained, making Sean's job of stopping them a hard one. As the gates are getting larger with time until the main one opens, Sean will find his resources and his people being stretched farther and thinner as the immortal demon lords bring their massive armies to bear. Because humans are food to the demons and the larder is now very full, and they don't intend to leave this time until they've eaten every last one.

Warning: The Valens Legacy: Publisher's Pack 6 contains explicit sexuality, nudity, violence, polyamory, mayhem, and people who aim to misbehave.

Still holds your attention

For me I don’t need the full disclosure erotica. Imagination is curtailed with continual use of this device.
Otherwise to me this series would a full five star review. The story grows and develops as do the the characters in it as the series continues on.
Other then that a fun fictional series to listen to.
And yes I have purchased al the Audible books that have come out in this series.

Totally captivating from start to finish!

Just like with every Valens Legacy book so far, I've waited for it to lull or get boring. Well just like with every book it doesn't happen! It will keep you captivated from start to finish. I mean it's hard to believe that with this many books in they can continue to be nonstop enjoyment. I have completely and totally loved every single one and I'm on the edge of my seat waiting until the next one! Get this book and all the others in the series if you haven't already and prepare for the ride of a lifetime.

hooooly shite

these books just get better and better. my favorite aspect in the series is when things go wrong for the bad guys. too many times does the hero get screwed but i love from time to timw the bad guys get the same treatment. excellent work on giving a new perspective on when thing may not go 100 percent, but they also dont go horribly wrong. the characters ate competent and hell yeah for it

Darn Great continuation of the series

I really like the story but it ended with a cliffhanger type ending with the next book not yet available on Audible. Pout! Pout!
I hope the author has the next one available real soon.

Great entries

Brutal cliffhanger, though I suppose it's how the author writes. The books often feel like tv episodes in a miniseries or something the way they end and start. The pacing in Demon Days is a bit broken because otherwise the book would devolve into a lot of similar fights. Again it feels almost like a tv show that comes back from commercial with a week later in text at the bottom. It's not really bad, and it's done for a reason but it's noticeable since most of the books have be spanned weeks or a month or two whereas Demon days spans several months. Again I don't find fault here it's just a bit of a departure from the norm so the pace feels a little off when compared to the books before it.

I simply can't wait for podium to get a move on 13-14 when 9-10 then 11-12 but within a month of each other I had hoped the pace would continue, here's hoping.

Great continuation!!

I really have enjoyed this series. Jan Stryvant has produced such a cool "world behind the world" and Leland King does an exceptional job narrating. I can't wait to hear what happens next! the stakes are higher than ever!!

Another fun tale of lycanthropy.

I really enjoyed this interdimensional war story. The author writes a fast paced fight sequence and his adult scene's are written with affection. The narration is smooth and professional and the whole package makes for a fun ride.

Can’t Get Enough!!

I love this series! And not just for the explicit stuff. Sure that’s how you might start when reading it. There’s certainly a lot. But this series does what other books like this I’ve read haven’t. It’s a power fantasy as well as a romantic one. I eat up these publishers packs like chips and they’re just as addictive. I can’t wait for more and I hope more take a note or two from it.
