I appreciate and can relate to Phoebe's healing journey. In some ways I learned new things and in others I was reminded of the small things I can do each day to stay on top of my health. As she explains, there is no one quick fix or one pill we can take to heal ourselves... it's the small everyday things we do for our bodies.

Author keeps talking about changes she has made in her life in each chapter, the thoughts are not well organized and there is no guideline or tips we could learn. I made myself listen to the whole book and I regret it. I didn’t learn anything . It’s basically few challenges she picked and talking about her boyfriend blah blah blah. Don’t waste your credit ; there are far better books you can learn about wellness
