Uncensored and hilarious at times!

This was a very easy listen, if only the episodes were longer! I felt like they could add more questions/answers, stories or suggestions on how to improve your health.. unfortunately I have already heard most of the information. It was a nice refresher on the material though. I enjoyed hearing from the specialists in the field pertaining to each episode.

Excellent learning experience

Loved it, funny entertaining, and informative. I do like the narration and agree not for faint hearted. Up to date information. Some topics appear to be sidelined, but since this is one series only maybe discussed in the future.

Hilarious & Liberating

I laughed a lot as I drove along or renovated my house while listening. The talks were insightful for so very many reasons.

I enjoy listening more when the topics are handled as they did because it takes the sting or tabu out of topics most would typically avoid. I tend to want to discuss anything that comes and and most shy away from what I consider a reality check.

Great listen; entertaining and wonderful hosts

Though I wish there was a little more in depth content, this was a great listen. I learned lots and enjoyed the hosts banter and humour.
