Publisher's Summary

In the trauma center of Atlanta’s busiest hospital, Sara Linton treats the city’s poor, wounded, and unlucky - and finds refuge from the tragedy that rocked her life in rural Grant County. Then, in one instant, Sara is thrust into a frantic police investigation, coming face-to-face with a tall driven detective and his quiet female partner....

In Undone, three unforgettable characters from Karin Slaughter’s New York Times best-selling novels Faithless and Fractured collide for the first time, entering an electrifying race against the clock - and a duel with unspeakable human evil.

Best Will Trent novel yet!

This is the third in the Will Trent series and by far the best!! This narrator is my favourite as well.

Review

Action, fast paced, great characters and narrator. Wonderfully written. Emotional details brought everything to life. I'd read it again. Very enjoyable.

One of Slaughter's Best

Truthfully, I'm a bigger fan of Slaughter's stand-alone's than I am her series. A big reason for this is the series are older and so more obviously racist, sexist, classist, and homophobic than just liberally so, but another reason is they don't end great, they end okay, not bad, but they're captivating for the story itself and the character development, never really the "twist". However, this book is not only a great story with strong characters (although still problematic), but it has a great ending. It's one of her best, I think, and I've read at least 2/3 her stuff.

Great story, good narrator with a glitch

Love the series so far, well written and good plot. The narrator has a good read but I really wish she wouldn't enunciate every damn letter of every word. The WHile and wheel words are the worst and the Q in Jacqueline really hangs her up but I'm trying to get used to it. Cool WHip

Where it all began

I liked Undone. Having read other books in the series I see the writer's maturation from when Undone was first written. I kinda double-backed after missing the earlier books.
