good one

Good intro and advice to the keto diet with references and examples. I kept bonking in my workouts and was already working on Amanda Lee method, this book helped pull my experience and bits of prior knowledge together coherently resulting a better understanding of my diet and performance. Recommendations and resources cited were on point. The book can also be used as a reference after you've read it. Hopefully there will be subsequent editions as more knowledge and experience is acquired by the author.

This book was truly eye opening!

This book was truly eye opening! I thought I knew a lot about sports nutrition but my knowledge was painfully lacking for longer distance events. This showed in my results. As well as breaking down the keto diet step by step, Charlotte also has some super useful training tips which really helped.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve their results in endurance events.

Finally a book that combines nutritional ketogenic

Finally a book that combines nutritional ketogenic eating with correct training protocols. I have been in a state of ketosis for 10 months and the results have been phenomenal. Ketogenic Diet for Athletes is a great summary of what really works for those who want to be an athlete and stay healthy. Charlotte recommends the training methods of Phil Maffetone, something I have used for over 15 years. Ketogenic living and low heart rate training works if you have knowledge, patience, and refuse to listen to others when they say you are "nuts".

I started keto and lost weight quick.

I started keto and lost weight quick. I started my ironman training and was freaking out on what to eat keto to stay on course. So I was trying all kinds of so called keto drinks for energy and I kept having less energy and started gaining weight back. After reading this book I realized I need to train without all the drinks and work my way into ketoses again and see how I preform on my own fat.

Love this book! This is my go book for many reasons. This book prepared me for starting Keto and what to expect once I started. Easy Keto Cooking

I like the recipes in this cookbook, it has a good variety of meals and methods of cooking. There is a detailed explanation of Ketogenic eating. Most people think of a diet as something they do to lose weight. The Ketogenic diet is also a healthy maintenance eating plan. It is healthy and the recipes are flavorful and tasty and most are easy to make as the author gives good directions.

Useful cookbook


I was looking for the recipes for rapid weight loss and my friend recommended me this cookbook. In this book, I found a great collection of quick and delicious plant- based recipes. There are breakfast recipes, ketogenic lunches, dinners, side dishes, ketogenic snacks, ketogenic soups, dessert recipes. All these recipes are saved with simple ingredients, easy cooking directions, with full nutritional information. I have already tried some recipes of this cookbook and all my dishes were healthy and tasty. I liked this book and would recommend it for those who wants to be fit and healthy. It is worth reading.
