Publisher's Summary

Popular author Jenny Han continues the gripping and emotional story she began in The Summer I Turned Pretty (starred review from Publishers Weekly) and continued in It’s Not Summer Without You.

Belly has only loved two boys, Conrad Fisher and his brother, Jeremiah. Now that she and Jeremiah are on the verge of a permanent commitment, Belly confronts her lingering feelings for Conrad and faces a painful reality. She must figure out which brother is her soulmate—which means someone’s heart will get broken.

Great YA book

The third in the summer series was great--what I expect to close out the trilogy. I gave the story 4 stars for a few reasons: (not really SPOILERS ahead, but just in case, consider yourself warned. )

-Jeremiah seemed to have taken on a new personality--what happened to the sweet kid from the previous installment?

-We are supposed to accept that Belli and Conrad had a much deeper relationship that previous told in the earlier book, so the arc that their relationship takes in this one is a little jarring.

-The story ends a little abruptly. I would like to have known a few more details in the intervening years.

All in all, a great experience, though. I enjoyed the series and would recommend it to any YA....or adult!

Summer Trilogy

What did you like best about We'll Always Have Summer? What did you like least?

This story was the 2nd book in the trilogy. I didn't like how this story took forever to finish.

Would you listen to another book narrated by Jessica Almasy?

I loved the narrator. She has a way of making you feel like you are there in the story.

Letter from Conrad missing

The extra story after the ending is missing! Those letters really make the ending, this should be added!!!

Jenny Han is Young Love personified

Jenny Han never fails to write a great teenage love story. I love how in this one the narrative goes from the girl to the boy sometimes, though where's the narration for Jar?? All in all a great listen and a great read!

This series was pretty good

It may be that I was to old for this series of books, but they seemed to drag in places. Some parts were really good, but others weren’t. Narration was spot on.

Cute story but...

I feel like this series had so much potential! I loved the characters but I feel like I got almost no time seeing belly and Conrad. Didn’t get to see them together. We just saw quick stories and that’s it.

Awww....

I just LOVED this series...
I REALLY did...
It was SUCH an emotional love triangle and beautiful and REAL story that it's actually really SAD how it just ENDED as soon as it truly got STARTED...
I wish Jenny Han would have written a book about those 2 and THEIR lives together after writing about that FIRST day of the rest of their LIVES!!!...

Perfect 3d book conclusion

Many unexpected developments, ups and downs. Ending made sense to me even though not all reviewers agree.
