Wonderful book!

Was easy to understand, and I did appreciate the early going groundwork he does to make the latter part of the book come alive with his points of research.

Another classic paleo/keto book

The narrator was great. He made me want to listen.
The content was practical and actionable.
When I need a reminder of the tenets of low carb eating, I just listen to this book.

Exceptional

I’ve been paleo curious for a while now and finally made the leap back to eating as our ancestors did. After years of damaging my gut lining and compromising my blood sugar, I was eager to listen to this as a means of assembling some form of eating protocol that gives me back my body and mind. This is the most enjoyable educational nutrition book I’ve ever listed to, and I’ve listed to many! The humour and humility with which this is delivered (by an excellent narrator I may add), was just right for me and now I have no doubt that this is the one program and I can actually follow successfully tailored to my rebellious nature. Thank you Robb! I will be excited to report back on my progress and healing in 6 months time.

Very informative

It was informative albeit a bit slow at times. However if you need to lose weight, tons of info and recipes.

Great book, great narrator

Love Robb's podcast and this was a great book. I appreciated the narrator, too. Highly recommend to anyone interested in health, wellness, and understanding some of the science behind appetite and eating behavior.
