Loved the Holiday Specials

When fitness is life...

I train a lot of people who ae overweight and obese. The conversations between Tommy and Andrew have been helpful in clarifying what works for metabolic health.

Great insights

I appreciate the mix of both medical and practical information these two deliver. Worth a listen for sure. Especially if you're overweight or struggling with metabolic health.
