Today we have a new science, a new terminology to explain and expound upon the biggest beliefs and religious systems. It has become apparent that the truth and understanding of our inner selves is, in the end, our ultimate quest. The void between belief and reality is indicative of the troubled planet we live on.

Hello and welcome to the Chef Tales podcast. A little introduction. I’m a chef and live on the south coast of England. I’ve been working in kitchens since i was twelve years old. I love the trade. I started the podcast just before the first lockdown. These podcasts are stories that have happened in professional kitchens. Some are funny, some are not and some are just plain stupid. I also talk a little about what I’ve been up to, current events and the odd joke thrown in. Oh and on the odd occasion I like to write a few songs lol. Any questions are greatly appreciated.

This select band lived during the sixteenth century reign of Queen Elizabeth 1st.
