難しい楽譜の読み方や知識は、一切必要ありません。

本作品では、簡単なリズムから難しいリズムまでを、誰でもわかる日常のコトバや言い回しに当てはめる事により、自然とリズム感が養われる内容になっています。

第一回は、まずは4分音符と8分音符だけ！

現代、世の中に流れている音楽の、99.8％は、4／4拍子と言われています。

そこで、僕たちに必要とされる最大のスキルは、4／4拍子において、4分音符と言う大きな軸を感じながら、様々なリズムをコントロール出来るようにすると言う事になります。

その上で、本シリーズは、常に4分音符で足踏みをしながら、さまざまなリズムパターンを表現する事により、4拍の軸を感じながらリズムをコントロールするという、最も必要で実践的なスキルを身につける事が出来ます。

また、回を重ねる毎に、16分音符、3連符、バウンス、ポリリズムなど、どんどんレベルが上がっていきます。継続して遊び続けることで、気がつけばさまざまなリズムを、自然とかんたんに、楽しんで身につけることが出来ます。
