Hits to the self
I enjoyed listening to the narrator, his voice is calm and is suits the subject matter. The overall message is strong and clear- we need to take of ourselves. There’s enough instruction in this book to provide a novice with a path to mindfulness. It will be a book that I reference again in the future. The only knock on it is that it can get exhausting. The beginning is swift and powerful, and the book lost steam towards the end. Worth the listen and the purchase.
