Another roller coaster of emotions reading this story!! Wow what did I read! At first the start is a little slow but had the spice especially from James dirty mouth! but I wasn't too sure about it until you hit a certain point of the story where as I call shit hit the fan and every twist and turn I wasn't expecting and had no clue how this story was going to go! There was action, suspense, points where I was crying and saying WTF a lot because I had no idea what was going to happen! I loved this story - not as much as Pen Pal but I still truly enjoyed this story especially the epilogue like WTF and loved loved the ending. Just wow 👌 also the narration was amazing I was captured in the story

Crazy adventure
As a writer I very very much appreciate the depth of this novel. As other readers/listeners have commented, it is NOT your average romance novel and for that I am SO grateful. I like my smutty books but they lack thought. This novel, while confusing at points, really draws you in to the story and plot, not just the sex scenes.

She meets James shortly after settling in; a single, hot, Brit artist who sweeps her off her feet. Lots of steamy Smutty Action, They agree to keep their personal lives and pasts private. Worried James might have a dangerous back ground, Olivia gets someone to dig up his info and something in the medical file turns up. I honestly thought this was going to be just another smutty book, until the plot took a fantastic twist. Did not see that coming! wow! Entertaining,and so creative! This is not a happy ending you would expect but its soo worth the read! I loved this book! Highly recommend it.

Wow. Just. Wow.
I was expecting a major switch in the story, but the massive twists towards the end are SO intense. So many laughs, some ugly tears, and finally a happy ending. Wow.

The plot was wonderful!
Didn't see the plot at all! until it unraveled at the very very end and that almost never happens. Cried as hard as her manager 😂

Not what you’d expect
This book is not like most other contemporary romances. It has love, suspense, depth, sadness and spice. Definitely enjoyed it.

Right away: This is NOT your typical romance. It's a thinker. Pay attention.
I LOVE this book so much. The twists it takes and the path it ventures down is beautiful. I had my guesses throughout and thought I figured it out and BAM! It took a turn I wasn't expecting.
Come in with an open mind and enjoy the story.
i read the reviews online and so many people hated it because it wasn't what they thought, let me tell you, THIS is exactly what we romance readers need every once in a while. It is a beautiful romance with a twist. YES YES YES !!!!

The narrators did an amazing job. I love how the male and female voices are Narrated accordingly.
100% recommend this.
A big trigger warning: details a child's death several times involving a parent. It plays a vital role in the story line just be warned.
