A great story about money
I’ve loved the way this books talks about money within an interesting narrative, instead of being a course about money. I think this can reach a lot of people who need to hear this message of conscious spending, and starting the sooner, the better.

Ok
There was too much story before we get to the actual financial advice. It was too slow moving. But when the financial advice started coming in, it was good. Lots of great timeless wisdom similar to the wisdom found in David Bach’s other older books. The first thing was pay yourself your first hour of work each day. The second thing was make it automatic - willpower not needed - pre-authorized saving. Then there were many more tips.
I enjoyed the description of the Texan people that made and lost millionaires. Big hat no cattle.
The book ended happily. The protagonist turned 30 at the end. This book is definitely for a person in their 20s working at their first job that needs some basic financial advice on how to get started in life.

Relatable
i love the book. I dont normally like story type of books to learn about money but this one was perfectly written. Very relatable, easy to follow and to understand and also enjoyable. I wish I read this when it first came out and started applying the principles. I am 33 right now and I still have time as per his other books but imagine how much I have in the bank if I started a while back. This book not only talk about money but also about to really reflect on what is important to you and why more money in your income does not really mean finding happiness, contentment, and success. This book is truly an inspiration. It inspired me to live my life the way I wanted and to live my full life now.

Loved this book!
I have been teaching my children the principles of investing and saving, but now as teenagers they are interested in clothes and going out more often with their friends etc. Saving for their future at this point in their lives is taking a back seat. Once I heard about The Latte Factor, I thought it may help. As promised, it is a quick read and a relatable story. I bought 2 copies for my children to read. My daughter read it in a day and cancelled a shopping excursion with her friends, stating she would rather save her money!!! Mission accomplished! Thank you, David!

Great story! Keeps you listening.
At no point was I bored of listening to this story. it kept me entertained wanting to find out what happens. I recommened this to everyone right now to listen to! I listened to this on a long flight and it was great. Thanks a lot

Best Audio I have ever listened to on Finances
I have read many books on Finance and this is one of the best books I have read in years. It reminds me of the Wealthy Barber in that it is told in a story format. The difference though is very profound is that David talks about his Latte Factor and what it can do for you and how much it can make an impact. I have been looking at my many Latte Factors for the last 4-5 months and I have cut my Latte Factor by about $2,000 a month of just wasteful spending. So for me what this means is my loan will be paid in full by the end of August, which is over a year and 3 months earlier. Also means that I will be able to put over $300 a month starting September. I am currently putting $150 a month, which is $5 a day away each month. I have been putting at least $5 a day for over 5 years now.

One of the best books I’ve read/audiobooks I’ve listened to
Absolute 10/10 and can’t wait to pay myself first! Although my coffee is only $2 a day (CAD) this is still a $60 monthly cost VS a bag of coffee for $6 could last me a month! Saving a total of $54 a month. Wow.
Thank you David! 🙌🏻 I will be sharing this with everyone I know. Ps. I absolutely loved the story telling aspect of this book!

I was able to connect with this books so well.
This book was so inspiring. I can connect with the characters very well and I'm hoping to be able to apply the principles of this book to my life. I have been struggling since I went to college and I have been using some of the principles but not all. My goal from this book is to apply all principles to my life and live a fulfilling life just as you Zoe and David has done. Thank you so much for this amazing book and I'm so glad that I'm able to share it with others.
