Amazing m!
Amazing book ! So impressed. It really had me thinking, and I have began applying new strategies to help me overcome my anxiety’s. It is a lot of stories but it makes it much more relatable. You won’t regret it !

Starts off good...
The book starts off good and gives lots of information but then it ends up being a lot of stories after that. And not as much information given except through the stories. Depends on what you like.
