great book, terrible narration
I love CrossFit and Rich's story. I just wish it would have been narrated by someone different. It turned a very dramatic and exciting story into a dull grind that was harder to get through than Double Murph. I recommend buying the book and reading it yourself.

More of a catholic book then a CrossFit book
If you’re into Christianity and how your faith can help you in life; this is the book for you. If you want to know about Crossfit this is not the book for you.
