dive into the human psyche
Every book of rav Dovber Pinson is so simply explained and yet so deep, we can feel the immense knowledge of this amazing teacher. Teshuva is explained step by step with easy tips and exercices at the end of each chapters. i am always amazed to realize how his analysis of the human psyche based on the teachings of the a Torah and rabbis is right on point. it is like having an open book of my brain and behaviour. i highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to start the journey of return and self improvement.

Amazing, Deep Insights Scattered Throughout
I will be keeping this book on my phone, to relisten to chapters every now and then. While the entire book is engaging, practical, useful, and even uplifting, you likely will find specific passages, paragraphs, and ideas that strike you particularly strongly. I have bookmarked these, but I have half a mind to copy them down to a notebook somewhere.
