skip the introduction on first listen!

I liked the story although I found it hard to relate to all the cultural Japanese subtext which is foreign to me.
One thing I MUST mention which made me quite angry is that the introduction spoils the story and the ending. I don’t understand how the people making the audiobook thought this was a good idea. It ruins the experience.

I therefore want to warn all new listeners: do NOT listen to the introduction before finishing the book itself.
