A phenomenal system to understanding my own body..

When I first picked up this book, I found it while I was searching for a resource to explain how the body's physiological response to working out. Not only does it tie that in he goes into great detail explaining the effects of different kinds of food as well as the timing of these foods with regards to their impact on the human body. Yuri has done an excellent job creating a resource for people to take control of their body and harmonizing it for optimum health. I am very excited to be starting this Journey. Thank you Yuri!
