Concise and helpful
I had no problem listening until the end. This is one of the best self-help books I've come across. It could be helpful to anyone looking to harness a healthier relationship with others and oneself, whether you identify as a codependant or not. It's not exclusively geared toward readers who struggle with substance addiction.
