Study book
It’s more of a study book then a read through listen. Study chapter, regurgitate on it. then come back following week, read more. Amazing book I’d you over think and worry too much

an action item list for my life
I had to listen to this more than once as it had so many applicable action items for me. awesome suggestions and at times hard to hear. the author made sure not to hammer on a particular topic and kept concise and easily understandable.
