Dr. Nick Raines is a brilliant neurosurgeon, hot as sin, and the newest doctor on the popular reality show The Doctor Is In, and I'm the woman who was tasked with stealing him away from his current hospital and convincing him to head up a brand-new facility aching to get his brilliance on their team.

He declined their offer on account of staying in New York for his little girl, and truthfully, my contact with him as his headhunter should've ended there.

But it didn't, and now I'm wading a little too far in the deep end of the adult-emotions pool with Dr. Silent-and-Broody.

And if that weren't already problematic enough, the world is a little too small, and my horrible past decisions are about to cause one giant complication.

Least favorite of the trilogy. Least favourite match up and Charlotte appears desperate, not confident. Nick not an Alpha, not even a Beta which is dissapointing for someone who is super smart and career driven. Feels like Max Monroe ran out of speed and ideas. Forced my way thru it, I hoped there was more about Nick's relationship with Lex.


Not a fan of Maxine's narration, too nasally and valley girl. Love Joe.

When I listened to Wes & Winnies Love Story Dr.Neuro was on my shit list, but learning how much work Nick has done to become a better person & father, I fell fast. I loved having Lexi in the sroryline too, as I adore her. Now I jist need a happy ending for Uncle Remi.

Loved this story. Narrators did a fantastic job. The banter was great. Funny, romantic and steamy. Another great story by Max Monroe.

Didn’t like Charlotte, she was too pushy, even for a slow moving guy like Nick. It was interesting to see a negative character from an earlier story but I would have like to have seen him with sweeter, albeit confident woman. Unfortunately. Mitchel’s delivery suited the aggressiveness of the FL. Not sure I’ll finish this one.
