Frat House: A Gender Bending LGBT Romance

A young married couple face the truth about their real selves when the gorgeous wife feminizes and cross-dresses her husband, trying to turn him into her girlfriend. She controls her newly feminized husband until the wife’s belligerent and demeaning boyfriend drives the feminized male to take control and fix everything. The feminized husband meets a supportive friend along the way who helps her in her quest for transformation - into a transgender male-to-female.

A geek named Joss, working on his PhD thesis on motivation, rents a house away from the noise and takes in a roommate named Marcy to help pay the bills. Little does he know how lucky he will be to have Marcy as his roommate. She is another PhD candidate, also working on a thesis about motivation. Gorgeous and intelligent, Marcy motivates Joss to discover things he never would have dreamed of, and they learn about motivation, love, sensuality, and femininity. She soon has Joss fully crossdressed and feminized to experience life as Jossie, a desirable girl rather than his geek self.

When Russ loses his third girlfriend in a row to his overly voracious need for getting down and dirty, he complains to his friends that a girl wouldn’t ever have this problem. Case in point: His friend Krystal, a lesbian who sleeps with dozens and dozens of hot dates. But since he’s not a girl, Krystal proposes an alternate solution: Why not go see a fortune teller and see if a little hypnosis can cure him of his appetites?

A researcher wins a grant for a study to determine if a male brain will turn into a female brain when the male is fully feminized, with the exception of his male parts. If the brain scans show no change, and the subject is happy with the transformation, then it must be free will and personal desires that determine gender identity. Will a male with a male brain survive being transformed so far as to have a fully female appearance, or will he be trapped in a body of the wrong gender permanently?

When Rick, a high-powered, rich financier, unexpectedly arrives at the gates of heaven and is denied entry because of the self-centered way he lived his life, all he wants is a second chance to make up for past mistakes. He’d always intended to be more generous and kinder to people - he was just planning to do it in his golden years. When the angels give him the chance to go back to Earth in a young, fit body and prove the truth of his intentions, Rick eagerly accepts. Getting to be young all over again while keeping all of his accumulated wisdom sounds like a great deal.
