Was a good listen, lots of info, listen, practice, listen. I mean really it narrows it down to be vulnerable be you and like yourself.

As with anything self help you need to approach with an open mind. I feel any negative review to this book was likely given by someone closed off to the content presented. I allowed this to sink in and applied some of the practices and I feel as though I have grown tremendously. Thanks Karen!

I've read many of these books, and she has it spot on, no need of any other books then this one, its a real bible that should be taught to younger people, its a missing part of our education!

not to be miss by any man looking for betterment

I enjoyed listening to this book, except for one part. If you’re wanting to learn how to be loving towards women and how to improve the quality of the love in a relationship, this is an excellent resource. It ignores the male need for respect and instead indirectly implies that you should respect yourself and your masculinity. But this book does not address the male need for respect directly. The only part that disturbed me was the necessary comment that men need to be truthful and honour their word. But followed that with, women’s “word” is to be considered a fleeting, emotional, thing and that women need not be held accountable for honesty. This flies in direct opposition to my opinion, that men desire respect above love. Being truthful and honourable. With that one caveat, I recommend the purchase of this book.
