Publisher's Summary

Xalax

When I see her groped and humiliated at the auction house, I have no choice but to buy her. Even if a virgin human female costs as much as all the minerals on Fenda.

I don’t care if it’s against the rules, if the healers say our DNA isn’t compatible. I’m the Crown Prince. I make the rules. I take what I want. And I want her. She’s my proper mate. I can feel it. But first, I must claim her. I’ll try to be gentle with my delicate little creature, but I don’t know if I can....

Resa

I'm a marked human female, bought and paid for. He can do anything he wants to me. This gigantic, muscled alien has total mastery over my body. I've never done this before...with human or alien. I'm frightened, alone, and trembling, but I can't help but imagine what it will feel like when this hulking creature takes me....

Why would I desire this brute? Even if he's the one who saved me. The only one to show me kindness. All that stuff he said about bonding and mates, that's just alien superstition. It's not what's happening. Is it?

Contains mature themes.

Need to read next book

I loved the story except that you need to read the next story to find out what happens next in the storyline. The love story is completed in the novel but there are unanswered questions you need to read the next story to find answers

Not very good

***Trigger warning ⚠️ this book talks a lot about sexual assault!⚠️

I’ve read a lot of alien romance books but this one wasn’t very good at all.

The only somewhat interesting but also annoying part was that rather than most books were female’s are just taken.

Earth had been raided by a savage alien species who just love to rape & pillage and left earth destroyed. Until another alien race came and made a deal that they would protect the humans from those other aliens in exchange for breeding females.

From what we’re told it happened it happened when our female protagonist’s grandmother was younger, yet by our girls generation humans were nothing but simple farmers who apparently don’t have much of an education.

Our girl didn’t know what DNA or a bunch of other things were, it seems really odd that humans would stop being educated that fast it should take generations to start to loose it.

This book also got a gold star for the ick factor with creepy aliens who want females shaven & broken in for fun. (Again most books have your alien pirates or traffickers selling the females and only the unsavoury creatures buy them) but in this book our princes didn’t even see the way the girls were being treated as wrong (well besides for breaking one’s maiden head before purchasing)

Ya this alien princess is kind to our female protagonist but he’s just like the others in the fact that he wants her to always be naked and he doesn’t communicate with her (if he did he could of saved her from being taken & they could of worked together)

His own species the females are looked down on because they can no longer have children & are all born deformed. It didn’t use to be that way but rather than spending any time on finding a cure to help their females they rather just take females who can breed from other worlds.
I feel bad for the women that are born on his planet, their entire society is sick & twisted and needs to change!

Poor narration

I could have liked this story, maybe, but the narration was not for me. And quite honestly, the content/story line were not enjoyable

Meh

It felt choppy and rushed. The female voice sounds like Siri and has zero emotion.
It’s ok
