Arokh

I broke the rules and stole an auction item from her buyers. Because somehow, they’d managed to abduct a Gryfala princess. Though, she doesn’t look, or act, or sound quite like I thought one of her kind would. But I’m merely a Rakhii gladiator; this is the closest I’ve actually ever been to a princess. I’d be considered lucky, indeed, if she chose me to guard her. Instead, I want more. I need her to claim me. Because she doesn’t know it, but now I can’t let her go.

Woke up in a freaking auction pen. With no coffee. But there were aliens. And they didn’t bid on me out of the goodness of their hearts. FML. Then this nice alien showed up in the nick of time, but he keeps referring to me as “princess”, and I’m starting to worry what he’ll do when he finds out that there’s been a little case of mistaken identity. I’m not royalty - see, I’m not even whatever alien he mistook me for....

I’m just a human.

story too fast pass to make sense !

I was intrigued by the concept of mistaken identaty, but at some point the héroïne was not realistic and actually started To get on my nerves. the other girls were not any better.
as for the story...it's like the author gave up and wrote whatever non-sens that came To mind !
i took effort to finish this book in hope that the story would give me a fun twist as a reward. i was disapointed.

1st half is awesome then crashes and burns.

Warning Spoilers.

Most of the story was good except for all the miscommunication after they could all understand each other. It was ridiculous to the point I almost didn't finish the story. The first half of the book was great, an easy 5 stars, then it went down hill fast when the Hobs showed up. The Hobs are portrayed as loving males that will do anything for a female but they only have to use their "magic wing" thing to turn a female wild with lust for them, so is basically drugging them. Plus they can purr to make them sleep whenever to "calm them down". Seriously!! come on, that just makes them even worst. let's just put her to sleep if she gets scared or mad. They say the female has all the power and can order them around but the wing lust and purring stuff says otherwise. Because of that I couldn't like them much no matter what they did to help the MC's. Don't even get me started on the ending where they demand to experiment on the females or kill their mates as punishment for a massacre caused because of miscommunication and assumptions on their part!!!! So the MC's and other females agree to be lab rats because of other's mistakes. This was just to much, turning what could have been a good book to a 1 star rating or 0 if I could. If they didn't threaten death for their own mistakes and got them to agree for their safety because they are an unknown species or something it would have been much better. I still want see what happens in the next books which is one good thing but the ending ruined this one for me.
