Glad it was a free book in the audible plus, story is barely there and nothing that makes you want to continue the series. Voices were decent, otherwise would’ve given up an hour or so into it.

It’s a poorly crafted and underdeveloped story. The reasoning and logic were off throughout. There’s a lack of detail in some areas and then an odd amount of attention given to more insignificant aspects of the story. The dialogue was overly simple and superficial. The narration was not bad, but not great either.

Man oh man, I legit started this series on the first and finished the fifth one right now. I actually am in love with Roman and is psycho a$$. Im pretty sure he’s the first actual dark dark MMC I’m in love with. He really redeemed himself. Can’t lie, loved their toxicity tho
