À propos de cet audio

Banned in America for almost 30 years because of its explicit sexual content, this companion volume to Miller's Tropic of Cancer chronicles his life in 1920s New York City. Famous for its frank portrayal of life in Brooklyn's ethnic neighborhoods and Miller's outrageous sexual expolits, Tropic of Capricorn is now considered a cornerstone of modern literature.©1961 Grove Press, Inc. This is a horrible book about a sub-human man who has no capacity for love. He has no principals, no character and I could not even finish this awful story. The poor woman in his book were displayed as victims of abuse and I could not, in good conscious witness this any longer.
