À propos de cet audio

Lennox Greene is a woman with a rebellious past, which she conceals beneath her conservative clothes. She knows that flirting with her boss, Brady Lund, during working hours is a bad idea. So when the handsome CFO of Lund Industries shows up at her favorite dive bar and catches her cutting loose, she throws caution aside and dares him to do the same.

After sparks fly, Brady finds that keeping his hands off Lennox during office hours is harder than expected. Though she makes him feel alive for the first time in years, a part of him wonders if she's just using him to get ahead. And Lennox must figure out whether Brady wants her for the accomplished woman she is or the bad girl she was.

Contains mature themes.

Ce que les critiques en disent

"Filled with unforgettable characters, fiery passions, and an all-encompassing love story, it's a must read." (Tara Sue Me, author of The Enticement)

It’s another billionaire boss trop but the twist & their characteristics is what kept me going.

The rich boss trop has been so over done, but even though he’s a playboy now he still carries around the insecurities of his teen years & he’s still a little bit of a geek. This makes him more human and less generic, as all the other books just have the boss be a big Alpha Male playboy.

Our female protagonist was great too, we learned all about her past struggles with her single mom and slew of dead beat boyfriends. (Again I’m
Happy that she wasn’t sexually abused, there’s the mention of an attempt but she got away. It seems every other book has a female protagonist who has a past of sexual abuse. Even though I know how prevalent that issue is, I feel like some authors just put it in a book to be edgy)

Anyway their relationship came across as genuine & built on a strong foundation, I think the next book will be about another family member but I hope we still get to hear a little about them.

Cute
