Hi there! I'm Allyson C. Naquin, mother of two beautiful children , and resident foodie of Los Angeles, California! After battling obesity, and other chronic illnesses, head on for almost my whole life, I quickly realized that I needed to make a change in my way of life. I needed to get healthy for not only myself, but also for my 2 beautiful children, so I started soul searching, and researching on what I would need to do to undertake this new quest. The results were all related to tweaking the way I was interacting with food, and with a few simple changes I was able to drop close to 200 lbs in only 2 years. The knowledge I gained during this two years spanned from a variety of diet diets to different food properties, and how they all affect our bodies. It was truly, and enlightening experience, and nothing makes me happier than sharing snippets of this new found knowledge with all the people that may find themselves in similar situations, or who have people in their leaves who are struggling in getting healthier. It was with this in mind that I started creating cookbooks and I am loving every minute of it! I am humbled, and grateful to achieved multiple Best Seller titles including ‘Ketogenic Instant Pot’ & ‘Ketogetic Vegan ’ as it says to me that my books are achieving the initial intent of helping my readers become their best and healthier selves. Making the decision to change the way I was eating absolutely changed my life, for the better, and I look forward to helping you achieve the same, if not better results.
