Annie Wang was raised in the countryside of Taiwan. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Teaching (Piano) from the University of Western Australia in Perth. Throughout her career, Annie has taught piano in various countries including Australia, Taiwan, Germany, the UK, and the US. In 2008, she authored the book "Rainbow Piano Technique," which gained recognition through its feature in one of the most-watched YouTube videos on the Los Angeles Times channel, garnering over 5.5 million views. Presently, Annie resides in Southern California with her husband and son. Her son, Richard Hoffmann, has already showcased his musical prowess by performing several piano concertos with professional orchestras, beginning at the age of 10.
