When life hands you a bag of lemons what do you do with them? Do you cry? Do you taste them? Do you throw them away? Or do you do what I do, squeeze them, make lemonade and then sell it. That's exactly what Ashley Cruse did when she chose to dive into her talent instead of doing something stupid. It's amazing what heartbreak can you allow you to do and she chose to fight hers by putting it all in a book. Except this time she got to control the story flow and how it ended. Ashley Cruse born to Valerie Kershaw and Reginald Payne always had a gift of writing. Her imagination was beyond this world and her mother often bragged about it. She had stopped writing when her mother passed away her early sophomore year of high school. She wouldn't write again until she was faced with the choice of hurting somebody or using that anger and redirecting it in a different way. Ashley wrote her first title "Aint That a Bitch", which would go on to get picked up by Carl Weber and published under his publishing company under the title "He Doesn't Deserve My Love." thanks to Racquel Williams to whom she is currently signed under right now. She will later go on to release several titles. She lives in West Texas with her beautiful family.
