She also helps people heal depression, grief and trauma as well as family of origin issues. She discerns the emotional roots of disease so transformation takes place on a mind-body-spirit level. She blends evidence-based neuroscience research with intuition and heartfelt spiritual wisdom.

PERSONAL
After studying the research on the highly sensitive person and introversion, Benita decided to improve the quality of her life. Reckless drivers speeding at 90 miles an hour and urban grid-lock traffic jams didn’t make her happy. She decided to move to the mountains. Benita will always be a passionate solo-entrepreneur because she’s dedicated to improving the quality of life on the planet. But, she wanted to enjoy more balance between her work and her personal life.
Benita A. Esposito built a custom-designed home on a mountaintop overlooking a pristine lake surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. The beauty of Nature brings her closer to God and lights up her spirit. Retreats for highly sensitive people are held here. See the photo of the mountain lake on this page.
Now every day is filled with inner peace ... at least most of the time.
Personal passions include: Deep meaningful friendships, flower gardening, rowing her rowing shell on the serene lake, hiking through forests to waterfalls and playing with her cat
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Benita A. Esposito earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology (1976). Her bachelor’s degree was in psychology (1973), both from Illinois State University.
Master’s Thesis: Benita A. Esposito has always been fascinated with the untapped potential of human beings. Her master’s thesis researched meditation methods that eliminate pain without drugs. This began a life-long passion for holistic mind-body-spirit-emotional healing.
