Brady Sadler is a creator and entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic partnerships that support business and the arts. He and his partner, Jake Brennan (creator and host of the hit podcast, Disgraceland), develop original entertainment brands with a focus on music and pop culture. Additionally, Brady is the founder of 1BAND 1BRAND, a global community of creators who study the intersection of art and commerce and champion collaboration between artists and brands. Previously, Brady was the head of growth and innovation for GYK Antler, a marketing agency recognized as one of the top small companies in America. During his 10+ year tenure he worked with a range of client partners—from startups to Fortune 500 companies—across food and beverage, footwear and apparel, technology, healthcare, financial services, entertainment and gaming. Before entering the agency world Brady worked in professional sports and for the Walt Disney Company, where he received extensive training in guest relations, storytelling and the creation of magical moments. Brady is also proud to serve as a volunteer and advisor for a number of nonprofits including The Gratitude Network, an organization that identifies, nurtures, mentors and funds innovative social impact organizations; New Hampshire’s Incredible Creativity Connection, an organization dedicated to fostering teamwork, creative problem solving, and innovation in students from preschool through college; and the Friends of CHaD (Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth), where he was a longtime board member and co-chair.
