Brent Trenholm was born in Campbell River, BC and now lives in Calgary, Alberta where he owns and manages an international consulting business. Brent is an experienced industry management expert, leader & author. He pulls his expertise from many years of experience in diverse workplaces; first by working in the trenches as a laborer and tradesman, then moving up the ladder and holding senior management positions. He has traveled the globe putting his skills to work as an international trainer. He benefited from spending time in government as an elected official and is now self-employed as a business management consultant. Practicality and consistency are two of the key components that have been his guiding principles. Since the development of his 5-step system to leading a successful and profitable business, he has helped businesses in 9 different industries reduce their operating costs from 10% - 70% in three to six months. Brent continues to move forward in his learning by examining the intricacies involved when building cooperative and resilient workplace cultures. His starting point involves leading as opposed to managing others.
