Issac D Smith Jr. was born in Eutaw, Alabama in 1973. He is a Chief Warrant Officer Five (CW5) in the United States Army and has earned numerous military, civilian, and foreign honors. He has served over twenty-six years of army services in a variety of roles, most recently as J/G4 Readiness & Sustainment Division Officer at the Joint Forces HQs, National Capital Region, Military District of Washington. He currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
